This blog will be used to record our happiness =DWe read an article "Don't worry, be happier", which explained many different ways to increase our levels of happiness, instead of having a happiness thermostat. They included random acts of kindness, building upon signature strengths, and thinking about 3 good things before going to bed.
Then we did a quiz "Authentic Happiness Inventory" to find out our level of happiness on Seligman's site... I scored 3.17
We also did a questionnaire that determined our 24 strengths.
